As a Coppa Customer Service Representative, you will be involved in the day to day operation of customer relations, data entry, logistics coordinating and warehouse communications.

**Summary**:
As the face and voice of the company, the Customer Service Representative is responsible to nurture the established relationships and ensure that each customer interaction meets or exceeds Coppa’s high communication standards. Accurately disseminate information to other team members and departments in order to complete daily tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for propagating positive customer relationships via the day-to-day management of customer accounts ensuring on time service delivery, order accuracy and customer service excellence.
- Building positive relationships with all customers and community partners
- Consistently contacting customers, confirming service and product satisfaction including complaint resolution, if required.
- Responding to and proactively contacting customers at regularly scheduled intervals in a timely and efficient manner
- Processing all customer orders, scheduling deliveries, invoicing, and new account set up
- Data entry
- Anticipating product flow, product selection, and the needs of Coppa Inc. customers overtime to assist with the growth of customer and client success.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
- Experience and understanding of MacOS
- Experience working in fast-paced environments
- 2 - 3 years of experience in sales is preferred
- 2 - 3 years of experience is customer service is preferred
- College or university diploma or degree in business/related field is an asset
- French as a second language is and asset

Pay: From $21.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- London, ON N5V 4L1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- DCS / DEC (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
