We are looking to hire a Part-time Front Desk Receptionist for Kenzie Wellness Centre in Vancouver, BC. and Possible Full-time position in the future.

We are looking for someone to be flexible and willing to work at our New Westminster location, Assured Health Physiotherapy, as well if needed.

**Responsibilities**
- Front office/reception/admin duties, patient booking, billing and payment processing using Jane App Software, greeting clients, preparing treatment rooms to facilitate timely client flow through the clinic, maintaining clinic cleanliness
- management of all staff
- Inventory
- patient follow-up and Payment calls
- Creative problem-solving in a way that improves the environment and helps grow the business

**Requirements**:

- Friendly, organized, dedicated, and hardworking individual with experience of 2-3 years in customer service and sales
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's or Associate's Degree preferred
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Jane App Experience (preferred)
- Computer experience
- Flexible Schedule ( has to be available specifically on Saturdays and Sundays)
- Willing to work at both locations (New Westminster & Vancouver)
- If Needed

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.50-$19.50 per hour
