Vancouver, Canada Dona Lucia Esthetics Salon Inc. Full time

Dona Lucia is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our esthetics salon. As the first point of contact for clients, you will play a key role in creating a positive and relaxing atmosphere while supporting the day-to-day operations of the salon. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys client interaction, has strong multitasking skills, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

Greet clients warmly and ensure a welcoming, professional front desk environment

Schedule, confirm, and update appointments using salon management software
*
Handle check-ins and check-outs, including processing payments and issuing receipts
*
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
*
Promote salon services, packages, and retail products
*
Assist estheticians and management with administrative tasks as needed
*
Address client inquiries or concerns with professionalism and escalate as necessary
*
Monitor and restock front desk and retail area supplies
- cleaning duties (floors, bathroom, etc.)

Pay: $17.85-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
