The interne is the resource person for the mandate entrusted to him or her.
**Overview of your daily work**:
- Actively participate in the transfer of the various HR processes to the ADP Workforce Now HRIS such as the hiring and termination process;
- Participate in the implementation of dashboards to measure and monitor the impact of HR initiatives;
- Produce reports to regularly measure the organization’s HR performance keys (examples : turnover rate, hiring cost, mobilization, etc.);
- Make recommendations for improving the processes already in place to ensure better management in ADP;
- Participe in the implementation of certain recommendations.

**What we’d like you to have**:
- Be enrolled in full-time studies at an accredited and recognized post-secondary institution in Canada in human resources or a related field;
- Excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite and the Teams collaboration tool;
- Bilingual orally and in writing;
No experience required
