Promouvoir (principalement par téléphone) les services intérieurs de FedEx Canada auprès des « nouveaux » clients et des clients « existants » (priorité : le segment de revenu ou de potentiel moyen quotidien net de 25 $/75 $), le principal résultat à livrer étant l’atteinte d’objectifs de revenu (fixés et mesurés par FedEx) à l’intérieur d’un territoire.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent

Basic level of proficiency in MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook;
Knowledge of Internet/Intranet;
Thorough knowledge of FedEx features of service, billing systems, pricing structures, invoice adjustments, etc. preferred;
Strong oral and written communication skills;
Demonstrated negotiation skills;
Strong interpersonal skills;
Demonstrated self motivation and ability to work independently

Ability to multi-task;
Commitment to task;
Overcomes objections/obstacles;
Demonstrated a track record of achieving results

Other
- Incumbent(s) must remain in position for a minimum of 12 months

COMPÉTENCES ET APTITUDES REQUISES

Diplôme universitaire de premier cycle ou l'équivalent.

Deux ans d'expérience du contact client par téléphone et/ou de la vente par téléphone.

Maîtrise élémentaire de MS Office : Excel, PowerPoint, Word et Outlook

Connaissance de l'Internet/Intranet

Il est souhaitable de connaître à fond les modalités de service de FedEx, ses systèmes de facturation, ses tarifs, le redressement de factures, etc.

Maîtriser fortement la communication écrite et orale.

Avoir démontré sa maîtrise de la négociation.

Forte maîtrise des relations humaines.

Avoir démontré son autodiscipline et sa capacité de travailler de façon indépendante.

Pouvoir mener plusieurs tâches de front.

Dévouement à la tâche.

Savoir surmonter les objections et obstacles.

Avoir démontré sa capacité d’atteindre des résultats.
