**About the Role**:
Do you thrive in fast-paced environments, live for nightlife, and have a flair for creating unforgettable brand moments? Home and Away is looking for a bold, innovative, and hands-on **Marketing & Branding Manager** to lead our in-house marketing, events, and social media strategies. You’ll drive foot traffic, build brand loyalty, and ensure our venue stays top-of-mind and packed every night.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Marketing & Branding**:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and increase engagement both online and on the ground.
- Build and maintain a consistent brand identity across all customer touchpoints.
- Create print and digital marketing materials aligned with seasonal promotions and events.

**Social Media & Content Creation**:

- Manage and grow all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) with a focus on engagement, reach, and follower growth.
- Develop and schedule high-quality content (reels, posts, stories) that captures the energy of our venue and entices our target audience.
- Monitor trends, analyze engagement metrics, and adjust strategies to optimize performance using tools like Hootsuite and Google Analytics.

**Events & Promotions**:

- Collaborate with the internal team to ideate, plan, and execute memorable events that drive buzz and attendance.
- Build partnerships with local influencers, DJs, promoters, and industry players to amplify event reach.
- Organize and lead street teams and promotional activations to directly connect with potential patrons.

**Community Engagement & Database Building**:

- Build and maintain a database of regular patrons and leverage it for promotional campaigns and targeted outreach.
- Foster an authentic connection between the brand and the community both in person and online.

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years experience in a marketing, branding, or social media role (hospitality/nightlife experience a major plus).
- Proven experience managing social media platforms and growing audiences (10K+ followers).
- Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Hootsuite, and Google Analytics.
- Strong visual storytelling and graphic design abilities.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills with a sharp eye for detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, nightlife-focused environment including weekends, evenings, and special events.
- Bonus: Experience on the floor or in management in a restaurant/bar setting.

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
