Sales & Marketing Coordinator (On-site in Brantford)

**Purpose**: To assist in the delivery of marketing programs to support expansion of the company products and to support marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. To act as the primary liaison and customer support for project managers and estimators from the dealer community. **Reports to**: Customer Service Supervisor **Key Responsibilities**: - Work in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health and Safety Act - Enter orders - Estimate & price custom items - Interpret design drawings and reference them in orders - Perform order revisions, and cancellations, as necessary - Provide shipping, design and engineering information obtained from those departments to our dealer network when requested to do so - Participate in on and off site dealer training and/or trade shows - Enter Corrective Preventative Actions (CPA) when necessary - Assist the President, Vice President, Customer Service Supervisor or Marketing Specialist with additional projects as required - Develop, communicate and maintain presentations, newsletters and other materials related to marketing - Book hotels for dealers and customers visiting Mott and occasionally for Mott employees who travel - Arrange for meals for dealer training or customer visits - Work with dealers in the development of case studies, references, and testimonials - Coordinate and participate in events including meetings, trade shows and exhibits **Skills & Experience**: - Degree or Diploma in Marketing or Business Administration - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a marketing role - Ability to read blueprints and data sheets - Intermediate computer skills including In Design, Illustrator, Photoshop, Corel, PDF editing software and MS Office - Attention to detail is critical - Intermediate verbal & written communication skills - Ability to learn quickly - Ability to be proactive - Ability to provide excellent customer service - Willingness to travel - Has a "can-do" attitude **Salary**: From $23.00 per hour **Benefits**: - Company events - Company pension - Dental care - Disability insurance - Employee assistance program - Extended health care - Flexible schedule - Flextime - Life insurance - On-site parking - Profit sharing - Tuition reimbursement - Vision care Schedule: - Monday to Friday Supplemental pay types: - Bonus pay Ability to commute/relocate: - BRANTFORD, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) **Experience**: - Marketing: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: One location
