**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Bobcat equipment in our fully equipped service shop.
- Perform setup and pre-delivery inspections on new equipment.
- Requisition and track necessary parts and materials.
- Accurately complete detailed work orders in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Collaborate closely with your teammates to deliver high-quality service and quick turnaround times.

**What You Bring to the Team**:
**Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of industry experience, with strong shop-based repair and diagnostic skills.
**Skills**: Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
**Physical Ability**: Capable of performing some heavy lifting as needed.
**Work Ethic**: Safety-focused, well-organized, and a reliable team player.
**Commitment**: Dedicated to delivering quality workmanship and professional service.
