**Job description**

Damar Security Systems is seeking a sales professional for the Brantford region to assist with both inside and outside sales.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong passion to protect property and save lives.

**Schedule**: Monday to Friday, day shift.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Respond to incoming proposal requests
- Establish and develop mutually beneficial relationships with existing clients
- On-site meetings with clients to design solutions in accordance with client needs and best practices
- Create complete sales proposals using existing templates including a full scope of work detailing the solution proposed to the client
- Providing detailed maps and other forms for the installation team
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer expectations are met
- Participate in weekly meetings with department manager
- Participate in bi-weekly sales department meetings
- Prospect for new clients to create new market share

**Mandatory Requirements**:

- Agree to a criminal background assessment
- Reside in the Brantford/Hamilton/Niagara area
- Possess a valid drivers license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to work from home when required

**Rated Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 Year sales experience, industry experience preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail when creating or filling out forms
- Have a strong willingness to learn

Expected Annual Earnings $40,000-$60,000 per year

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
