We are seeking a detailed orientated, enthusiastic individual to fill the position of Production & Logistics Manager. Responsible for planning and coordinating beer production and logistics for our 3 brands, this individual will work closely with all departments to ensure production and packaging goals are met and warehouses maintain standard stock levels.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Plans packaging runs and brews based on sales forecast, actual sales data, and current inventory levels
- Monitors inventory levels of finished goods to avoid stock outs
- Orders packaging materials and monitor's inventory
- Conducts monthly finished goods inventory counts and reconciliation
- Coordinates daily production transfers from breweries to warehouses

**Experience & Skills**
- 3 or more years experience working in a brewery
- Demonstrated ability to drive improvement in process and efficiency
- Strong understanding of the brewing and production processes
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Established competency with MS Office, Inventory Management Systems, Forecasting and Reporting
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proven problem solver
- High attention to detail and level of accuracy
- Ability to handle competing priorities and quickly respond to changing operational requirements
- Management experience and ability to grow and lead a team considered an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $54,000.00-$64,000.00 per year
