An opportunity to join our growing team has become available and we are currently seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator.

Responsibilities for Logistics Coordinator
- Plan and track shipment of final products according to customer requirements
- Coordinate transportation and shipment with third-party logistics service providers.
- Maintain logs and records of warehouse stock and executed orders
- Prepare accurate reports for upper management
- Recognize schedule of internal process in order to develop timely deliveries
- Analyze booking information from external and internal customers to determine and verify the service requirements, verify the appropriate routes, border crossing points, and rates.
- Prepare accurate invoices
- Occasional travel to the warehouse for inventory counts

Qualifications for Logistics Coordinator
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Business Analytics (preferred)
- 5+ years experience in customer service or logistics management
- Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
- Knowledge of laws, regulations, and ISO requirements
- Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software (Epicor preferred)
- Previous customer service experience
- Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Keen on working in a fast-paced environment
