We are looking for a well-trained customer service representative that books new appointments, confirms existing appointments, answers patient questions, calls inactive patients, and communicates treatment with patients and with insurance carriers.
You would speak with patients on the phone with a pleasant tone that exudes confidence and a peace of mind, answer patient questions on the phone, schedule patient treatment in a kind manner to satisfy convenience and efficiency, facilitate the understanding of their next treatment, communicates treatment with insurance carriers, set expectations for patients prior to their appointments working in tandem with the patient coordinator, be courteous and professional at all times in dress and deportment, treat everyone with dignity and respect at all times, and have the highest ethical standards.
