**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate patient treatment plans and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and providing information regarding treatment options.
- Maintain electronic medical records, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and accuracy of patient information.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to schedule appointments and manage patient flow efficiently.
- Assist in supervising staff members, providing training and support as needed to enhance team performance.
- Utilize Tracker software for managing patient records, scheduling, and billing processes.
- Support budgeting efforts by tracking treatment costs and assisting in financial planning related to patient care.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a dental office or medical office setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems is essential; experience with Tracker is a significant advantage.
- Strong understanding of insurance processes related to dentalcare services is desirable.

Pay: $24.00-$33.77 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
