Service Coordinator

RICO Lighting & Electrical Services is an established electrical contractor offering electrical & lighting services on a national level.
We are currently seeking a qualified applicant for our Service Coordinator position for our Mississauga location.
Job duties include:
- Proactively plan, forecast and dispatch service calls for our staff of electrician
- Dispatch work orders to sub-contractors across Canada
- Handle customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Update customer web portals with up-to-date information
- Work closely with the Electrical Supervisor to provide administrative tracking support
- Source, order and track project deliverable's
- Liason between customer and field staff
- Prepare service and small project quotations for management review
- Receive, organize and prepare material for upcoming service calls
- Provide coverage for other coordinators as required
Qualifications:
- College or university graduate
- Minimum of 3+ years working experience
- Logical approach to problem solving
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail orientated and ability to multi-task
- Process driven
- Energetic and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong computer skills with focus in Microsoft Office
**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
