Harvest House Atlantic, supports homeless individuals, those struggling with substance use or mental health, and those seeking change in Greater Moncton. Serving approximately 200 people nightly, we work tirelessly to break barriers and guide individuals toward stability and successful return to society.

**Job Summary**:
**Primary Duties**:

- Plan and execute fundraising events and campaigns focused on mass, major and monthly donor growth.
- Create fundraising materials and donor communications.
- Track and report on fundraising performance and donor engagement.
- Cultivate positive relationships with current donors, ensuring effective stewardship throughout the donor cultivation process.
- Collaborate with community partners to develop and promote events that raise the organization's profile and increase fundraising opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a strategic plan to secure funding from grants available in the sector both for Government and Private foundations.

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of nonprofit leadership in fundraising. CFRE designation an asset
- Skilled in strategic planning, team leadership, and communication
- Knowledge of fundraising trends, grant writing, and foundation relations
- Aligned with the mission and values of Harvest House Atlantic

**Core Competencies**:
Strategic thinking, relationship building, communication, project management, results-oriented, creativity, data-driven decision-making, collaboration, adaptability, ethical practice.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $52,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
