**Your New Role: Business Development Manager**
**What You'll Do**: As the driving force behind our Maintenance Subscription Programs, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our future. This isn't just about sales; it's about creating a movement. You'll be:
- **Crafting Solutions**: Work closely with our product and service teams to refine our subscription offerings, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our customers and stand out in the market.
- **Building Tools for Success**: Develop compelling sales materials and training guides that empower our team to succeed and our maintenance services to shine.
- **Winning Business**: Dive into direct sales, from sparking initial interest to sealing the deal, while forging lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- **Strategizing for Success**: Craft and execute a bold sales strategy that breaks targets and sets new standards in the industry.
- **Leading the Charge**: Inspire, mentor, and lead a team of sales professionals, setting clear goals and driving performance to new heights.

- A proven leader in sales management with an understanding for subscription-based models.

- Well-versed in the maintenance/renovation industry, with technology skills that set you apart.
- Located in or willing to relocate to the Greater Moncton Area.

**Salary**: $70,388.00-$77,702.00 per year
