Our Associate Business Analysts work closely for our Regional Leadership team to support them on implementing Regional Business Strategies. They partner with Business Analysts and Underwriters to assess business plans, work on multiple projects, and analyze data to support growth objectives.

Working in a collaborative team, there are opportunities to develop and maintain a holistic understanding of the operations and procedures of the entire company. There will also be ample time spent building out new initiatives and collaborating on different projects as priorities change. You will be well supported by a tight-knit team who will do everything to help you succeed in this role

You’re great at:
- Organizing, analyzing, and interpreting data- Identifying and analyzing key data, while providing solutions- Communication and Teamwork- Problem solving

You have:
- 2 years of Underwriting experience or comparative study or work experience- In-depth understanding of Wave, Workbench, LincQ, and Clips, an asset- Strong communication skills, with the ability to speak in front of groups of people
