Your Role & Main Responsibilities:
Team Lead Business Analyst will be supporting the CAE Flight Services Solutions Flight Plan Manager team by participating in implementation and other projects globally. Team members are part of a techno-functional team specialized in implementing and delivering Flight Plan Manager and other solutions / modules as part of the Flight Services Solutions suite for various airlines. Lead Subject Matter Expert will participate, often drive onsite customer engagements and is expected to conduct more complex customer discussions. Lead BSME operates as primary SME on project (implementation, upgrade, customer project, etc...) or in engaged as an expert guiding and mentoring more junior SMEs.
Lead will also be the Subject Matter Expert on these solutions and will be involved in training airline analysts on the tools and processes.
Lead SME's work collaboratively in a team environment with project managers, account managers, implementation and development resources to meet customer expectations regarding solution implementation, issue resolution during solution adoption phase, and resolution of maintenance issues / service requests postproduction cutover.
- Will lead the data gathering & loading process prior to solution implementation phase.
- Will perform data validation checks in the context of their specific solution area at all stages of solution implementation and delivery
- Will perform installation of their specific solution and its associated modules and also ensure integration of their solution with other internal and external third-party products. Set up and validation procedure and tasks vary between technical and business SME as well as between different solutions.
- Will identify the best practices adopted by customers during the interactions and communicate the same to Solution Management teams to enhance their respective Solution area. Has skills and ability to influence customer and other dependent groups on the practices and how to use the specific solution they are an expert on
Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements & help identify areas for improvement, and help develop and implement appropriate solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
- Customer Management / Interaction (Including projects implementations and upgrades, task management, training, process implementation, etc...)
- Provide business consulting and best practices review on customer workflows and configurations
- Manage business configuration during implementation and version upgrades
- Provide customer training on products and/or features
- Create and review requirement documents, follow its development, and support testing to ensure initial requirements are met
- Flexibility in working with a global team and customer base
Necessary skills & requirements:
- Bachelor degree
- Aircraft Dispatcher license or equivalent
- 5+ years work experience as International dispatcher preferred
- Familiar with FAA part 121 regulations
- In-depth knowledge of International Flight Operations including Aircraft Dispatch and Aircraft Performance
- Normal office work expected, occasional travel up to 50%

- Familiarity with European or other worldwide flight planning regulations
- Work is customer facing so strong communication skills in English, written and verbal is required
