Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Analyst located in Québec, QC. The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs, gather and document requirements, and develop strategies to improve business processes. Responsibilities include analyzing data, preparing reports, facilitating effective communication between teams, and ensuring that business requirements are aligned with organizational goals. Additional tasks involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and drive business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Business Analysis
  • Proficiency in defining and documenting Business Requirements
  • Experience in improving and optimizing Business Processes
  • Excellent Communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and teams
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with project management frameworks and tools, such as Agile, is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field preferred
