- POSITION OVERVIEW
The Business Process Writing Analyst documents operational processes and procedures. Working closely with the business lines, their role is to translate operational needs into activities, tasks, steps, business rules and guides, while respecting BDC's guide to writing procedures. The Analyst validates the identity of the owner of each of the informational contents of the procedures and is also responsible for maintaining the working methodology and the writing guide.
CHALLENGES TO BE MET- Participate in the analysis of the documentation needs of the various business lines;- Work closely with the business lines to understand their processes and document operational procedures;- Analyze process changes, and their impact on existing documentation;- Write complete and easy-to-understand documentation for users, while respecting BDC's documentation standards;- Obtain approvals from the different content owners;- Facilitate discussions between different stakeholders in the context of process documentation;- Coordinate publishing activities on schedule.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR- Bachelor's degree in business administration or any other relevant field- At least five years of experience in the financial field- Experience in process writing- Strong analytical and documentation writing skills- Very good knowledge of Word and SharePoint- Creativity, innovation- Ability to work within tight deadlines and to handle multiple projects- Ability to handle ambiguous situations and quickly understand new concepts- Good communication and interpersonal skills- Good organizational skills and thoroughness- Bilingualism (English and French), oral and written
