Blinds To Go is expanding and there has never been a more exciting time to join our team

We have created a new position for a Customer Service / Package Handler. This individual will provide day-to-day support to ensure that our customer’s orders are sorted and ready for pick-up.

**RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES**:

- Receive shipment
- Sorting and organizing and staging shipments for installer pickups
- Communicating with the manufacturing plant, retail showrooms, installers, and customers
- Work with the sales team on basic customer service
- Respond to queries over the phone, computer, or in-person

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Physically capable of standing much of your shift
- Package handling experience
- Basic knowledge/exposure to working with computers, RF scanners, and printers
- Strong organizational capabilities
- Friendly and customer service-oriented
- Excellent follow up and communication skills
- Ability to work independently, as well as, part of a team
