**Your Mission**
As a member of the Global compensation team reporting to the Director, Global Compensation, you will actively contribute to the development and implementation of policies and programs related to total compensation and be responsible to provide required compensation analysis and administer various compensation programs at Nuvei. You will also contribute to the various global total rewards projects.
**Responsibilities**
- Actively contribute to the implementation and administration of programs, policies and processes related to compensation;
- Provides recommendations and proceeds with the implementation, communication and administration of policies, directives, programs and processes supporting the Global compensation strategy
- Conduct market research, statistical analysis and other types of research necessary for the management and development of the Global compensation strategy
- Act as an internal consultant in the resolution of compensation-related issues and act as a resource person on all issues related to compensation
- Participate in the management of group insurance and retirement savings plan programs Develop and deliver training content to managers and HR team members
- Ensure the company's compliance with the Pay Equity Act
- Participate in salary surveys with different vendors;
- Conduct benchmarking analysis to support in base salary determination, incentive and variable pay plans, and other compensation programs;
- Participate in the planning, coordination and execution of annual processes (salary reviews, payment of bonuses and other incentive compensation plans, LTIP grants); manage the year-end reviews in Nuvei HR systems;
- Participate in the development and coordination of communications related to compensation matters; Participate in the initiatives and multiple projects of the Total Rewards department.

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations, Human Resources, or any other related field;
- 5 + years of experience in compensation, with experience in benefits preferred;
- Advanced knowledge of Excel;
- Ability to coordinate several files at the same time and respect deadlines;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
- Attention to detail and thoroughness;
- Analytical and methodical skills;
- Ability to work autonomously and independently.
