**Responsibilities**:
- Welcome and greet clients coming in
- answer any questions guests may have
- open mail and sent it to the requested staff
- handle delivery packages and deliver to appropriate companies
- schedule deliveries with delivery driver as needed
- schedule meetings between staff/clients
- provide office orientation to new employees
- assist in planning social events for the company
- order office equipment as requested by staff
- set up office equipment
- keep track of office supplies
- order kitchen snacks when required
- maintain office cleanliness
- other receptionist duties when needed
**Qualifications**
- previous receptionist experience is preferred
- must be available Monday-Friday (at least most days)
- excellent communication and organizational skills
- must be willing to learn
**Position Details**
- part-time 20 hours/week
- onsite in our office at 201-267 Niagara Street (downtown Toronto)
- compensation: $17/h
