**Overview**

Fluent in ENGLISH and SPANISH is required.

**Duties**
- Greet clients and visitors warmly and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records and files.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication within the office.

**Experience**
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Experience in a dental office setting is a plus but not required.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
