**About the Role**:
This is more than a support role. As the Inventory & Process Specialist, you will be a key player in optimizing operations, driving inventory accuracy, and ensuring product quality at every step. You will be immersed in daily action, balancing multiple priorities, and helping to streamline processes that elevate our production and fulfillment areas.

You will need to move fast, think critically, and act decisively. No two days will be the same. One day, you might be conducting a cycle count across multiple production areas, and the next, you might be refining SOPs to improve operational efficiency. You will be embedded in the rhythm of our production operations, where every detail matters.

**What You’ll Own**:

- ** Inventory Accuracy** — perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts to ensure our stock levels and locations are precise.
- ** Operational Efficiency** — Identify and resolve discrepancies, collaborating with production and supply chain teams to streamline workflows.
- ** Quality Control** - Assist with product inspections, helping flag issues and communicate with leaders and teams to ensure quality standards are met.
- ** Process Documentation** — create, update, and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to keep things running smoothly.
- ** Continuous Improvement**— Help identify bottlenecks, suggest process optimizations, and contribute to improving overall operational flow.
- ** Collaboration**— Work closely with production, supply chain, and operations teams to maintain smooth inventory and process workflows.
- ** Training & Rollout** — Assist in training teams on new SOPs and ensure the adoption of best practices across the board.
- ** Support Leadership** — Jump in where needed, from troubleshooting recurring issues to assisting with additional tasks as directed by leadership.

- You will optimize inventory management processes, reducing discrepancies and increasing accuracy.
- SOPs will be updated, streamlined, and communicated effectively across the team.
- You will have built trusted relationships across departments and become a go-to person for process improvements.
- You will identify patterns in recurring issues and propose actionable solutions to drive efficiency.
