**Location**: HWY 7 AND WESTON RD

**Job Type**: Full-Time, Monday-Friday (8am-5pm)

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position is focused on the receiving and inventory management functions of our warehouse, along with maintaining organization and ensuring the efficient restocking of goods. As a key part of our warehouse operations, you will help ensure the timely and accurate processing of inventory, keeping our warehouse organized, and supporting the overall flow of operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Receiving**:

- Unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments to ensure accurate delivery.
- Record and label inventory as it arrives, ensuring proper documentation and system updates.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of all received and stored inventory.
- Conduct regular stock checks and inventory audits to identify discrepancies and ensure stock levels are consistent.
- Use warehouse management software to track inventory movements and maintain updated records.
- **Warehouse Organization**:

- Organize and label all inventory in a systematic manner for easy access and efficient retrieval.
- Maintain a clean, organized warehouse by ensuring aisles, shelves, and storage areas are free of clutter.
- Implement safety standards and procedures for handling products and maintaining a hazard-free environment.
- **Restocking**:

- Restock shelves and storage areas with inventory based on demand and proper rotation.
- Ensure products are easily accessible and appropriately stored for fast retrieval.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other warehouse staff to meet production goals and maintain smooth operations.
- Report issues with inventory or warehouse conditions to supervisors for prompt resolution.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous warehouse/ receiving / inventory experience required
- Ability to operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage inventory accurately.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Basic computer skills to manage inventory systems.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods of time.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse setting with various temperature conditions.
