We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to work closely with our professional staff. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks related to our company's scheduling our technician staff, contacting and confirming appointments, dealing with phone calls and questions that need to be addressed. Must be highly organized and flexible and able to address daily work flow issues.

must have knowledge of Excel, Word, Google Sheets, Outlook, Sage Accounting and other computer programs.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift (8:30am to 4:30pm)
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Sage Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
- Bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person

**Salary**: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
