This competition is open only to PAGC First Nation Members and permanent employees of the Prince Albert Grand Council.

Position Summary

Under the supervision of the Director of Health performs a variety of clerical duties including answering the telephone, reception of visitors, typing and maintenance of records and materials; as well as performs related work as required. Employees of this class are expected to consistently exercise a degree of initiative, responsibility, and working knowledge of policies, and procedures of the work place. This position is assigned work from the Director of Health & Social Development.

Position Description:

- Answers and directs incoming telephone calls, records messages and relays them to the appropriate individuals.
- Provides information and guidelines to visitors in tactful and courteous manner.
- Performs other related duties

Qualifications:

- Completion of grade 12
- Office/Business Administration Certificate
- Clerk Steno/Typist certificate from a recognized business college or 3 to 4 years similar office experience
- Typing speed of 45 wpm and knowledge of computers
