**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Greet and assist clients in a courteous manner.
- Manage phone calls, directing calls appropriately and taking messages when necessary.
- Take client payments & issue receipts
- Handle filing and organization of documents to ensure easy access to information.
- Provide administrative support including typing, proofreading, and preparing correspondence.
- Utilize Jane App for clinic scheduling
- Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to support office operations effectively.
- Basic daily housekeeping tasks.

**Skills**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong computer skills with experience in data entry and clerical tasks.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Effective phone etiquette and strong communication abilities for client service interactions.
- Previous experience in a medical or dental office is preferred but not required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 2025-08-18
