**About the Job**:
Duties will include organization, maintenance of project files & drawings as well as assisting with tender closings. Key responsibilities will be consistent of assisting Project Managers with all aspects of project work including the following:

- Report to designated Project Managers on several projects at once
- Directly communicate with project team members, including site superintendents, vendors, designers, and consultants
- Review shop drawings for compliance and prepare/submit shop drawings for consultant review
- Effectively utilize software such as Word, Excel, Outlook. MS Project skills preferred as well as Project Management software.
- Understand and maintain project cost records
- Open and close project files
- Review completed projects with management to improve future outcomes
- Assist with the preparation of tenders and proposals
- Attend project site visits, prepare visit/ meeting minutes, and distribute with efficiency
- Working with Project Managers and Superintendents to process shop drawings, monitor project progress and assist with closeout documents
- Taking ownership for accuracy and timely completion of project documentation

**About You**:

- Certificate/College Diploma or University Degree in construction management and/or Engineering
- preferred
- Detail oriented, accurate and highly organize with the ability to work independently
- Ability to work in a high-paced atmosphere, multi-task, prioritize own work and manage conflicting demands
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ability to interpret needs and express ideas clearly
- Commitment to working in a team environment, good team-building abilities, and Effective interpersonal skills
- Ability to build a comprehensive schedule.
- Ability to coordinate subcontracts and contract documents.
- Knowledge and use of Procore and MS Project - preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 primarily with advanced knowledge of Excel
