Nous recherchons un représentant des ventes territoriales pour stimuler la croissance dans les marchés commerciaux, résidentiels et industriels de la région de Québec. Ce poste axé sur le terrain implique la promotion de solutions de plomberie d'ingénierie tout en développant de solides relations avec les entrepreneurs, distributeurs et firmes d'ingénierie dans toute la région. Vous serez le visage de notre marque sur le territoire, passant la majorité de votre temps à rencontrer les clients en personne et à développer de nouvelles opportunités d'affaires par la prospection active.

**Ce que vous ferez**:

- Stimuler les ventes dans plusieurs segments de marché par l'engagement direct avec la clientèle et le développement de relations
- Développer et exécuter des stratégies territoriales complètes pour maximiser la pénétration du marché et la croissance des revenus
- Bâtir des partenariats durables avec les parties prenantes clés dans les secteurs de la plomberie, construction et industriel
- Identifier et poursuivre des projets de construction à fort potentiel et des opportunités de modernisation avec un solide potentiel de vente
- Soutenir et renforcer le réseau de distributeurs par la formation pratique, les activités promotionnelles et les visites régulières de succursales
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes internes de vente, d'ingénierie et de soutien pour offrir des expériences client exceptionnelles

**Ce que nous recherchons**:

- 2-5+ années d'expérience prouvée en vente sur le terrain dans des industries connexes (construction, plomberie, CVC, industriel ou produits de construction)
- Solide formation technique avec aptitude mécanique et capacité à comprendre des solutions d'ingénierie complexes
- Mentalité de chasseur - s'épanouit dans la prospection, les appels à froid et le développement de nouvelles affaires à partir de zéro
- À l'aise de passer beaucoup de temps sur la route, aime rencontrer les clients dans leur environnement de travail
- Compétences démontrées en développement de relations avec divers types de clients incluant entrepreneurs, propriétaires et distributeurs
- Excellentes capacités de communication, présentation et organisation avec attention aux détails
- Éducation post-secondaire préférée, idéalement dans un domaine technique ou d'affaires
- Attentes de voyage : Couverture territoriale régulière plus voyages occasionnels avec nuitées

**About the Role**:
We're seeking a **Territory Sales Representative** to drive growth across **Quebec City's commercial, residential, and industrial markets**. This field-focused role involves promoting engineered plumbing solutions while building strong relationships with contractors, distributors, and engineering firms throughout the region. You'll be the face of our brand in the territory, spending most of your time meeting customers face-to-face and developing new business opportunities through active prospecting.

**What You'll Do**:

- Drive sales across multiple market segments through direct customer engagement and relationship building
- Develop and execute comprehensive territory strategies to maximize market penetration and revenue growth
- Build lasting partnerships with key stakeholders in the plumbing, construction, and industrial sectors
- Identify and pursue high-potential construction projects and retrofit opportunities with strong sales potential
- Support and strengthen distributor network through hands-on training, promotional activities, and regular branch visits
- Collaborate closely with internal sales, engineering, and support teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences

**What We're Looking For**:

- ** 2-5+ years** proven field sales experience in related industries (construction, plumbing, HVAC, industrial, or building products)
- ** Strong technical background** with mechanical aptitude and ability to understand complex engineered solutions
- ** Hunter mentality** - thrives on prospecting, cold calling, and developing new business from the ground up
