We’re looking for a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant / Appointment Coordinator — the first point of contact for our valued customers.**
**Responsibilities**:
**Coordinate and schedule client appointments for test drives, financing, and sales consultations**
**Maintain and update client records in our CRM system**
**Support management and sales teams with administrative tasks and daily operations**
**Prepare and organize client documents, contracts, and follow-up communications**
**Manage incoming inquiries from ads, social media, and lead forms — ensuring quick and professional replies**
**Help keep the office organized, clean, and welcoming**
**Requirements**:
**Strong communication and customer service skills**
**Excellent organization and multitasking ability**
**Positive attitude, team player, and attention to detail**
**Previous experience in customer service, admin, or dealership settings is an asset**
