ABOUT THE ROLE:
RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Process customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure customer qualifications are met prior to providing rate quotes
- Responsible for maintaining the accuracy on material pricing and resolving all invoice
discrepancies with the accounting department and clients.
- Update information records and maintain delivery and schedule agreements; material
masters and MRP views as required.
- Maintaining standard product pricing using sophisticated Excel spreadsheet;
- Maintain price lists for distributed and manufactured products, ensuring that they are updated
on an as-needed basis;
- Update the internal system of new/updated rates.
- Ensures client rates are applied to freight bills

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED:

- Ability to utilize and navigate through computer systems and programs simultaneously
- Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadline
- Have highly proficient skills in Microsoft Excel
- Have a high skill level of working quickly yet still paying attention to detail to eliminate errors
- Strong mathematical comprehension
- TMW - Truckmate knowledge an asset

Pay Rate: $20-23.00hr

Schedule: Flexible to Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm or 8:00am-4:30pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Casual

**Salary**: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
