**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with our lawyer on real estate files to establish and maintain trusting client relationships while delivering a high level of service.
- Independently manage and coordinate multiple real estate transactions each month, from initiation to completion.
- Proficiently prepare all documents involved in a real estate transaction, including Unity and Teraview, and complete final reporting.
- Strong organizational and time management and ability to take on accountability for deadlines and client service.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Real Estate Law Clerk.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple transactions simultaneously.
- Strong understanding with Ontario land titles system.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Bilingual (English/French) is considered an asset.
- Proficient in using real estate software, specifically Unity and Teraview.
