**Junior Corporate Law Clerk - Join Our Growing Team**

**MLA Law** is excited to announce an opening for a **Junior Corporate Law Clerk** to join our boutique law firm in Sudbury. We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. As a Junior Corporate Law Clerk, you’ll work alongside our talented team, assisting with a variety of corporate law matters. **What You’ll Do**:

- Assist with the preparation and drafting of corporate documents, including incorporations, dissolutions, and annual resolutions.
- Prepare minute book summaries and assist with the identification of deficiencies.
- Support senior clerks and lawyers with due diligence reviews.
- Maintain and update corporate records in MLA Law’s database and other record-keeping systems.
- Assist with corporate reorganizations, mergers, acquisitions, and financing transactions.
- Other duties as required.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A **college degree/certificate** in law clerk studies (or equivalent work experience).
- **1-2 years** of experience as a law clerk or administrative assistant, ideally in a business or corporate law setting.
- A strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Client-focused with strong interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
