Praguery, The unique ice cream bakery on wheels. Ice cream and freshly baked Chimney Cakes (Trdelnik) are our specialties. We are proud of our house-made fillings, toppings, and dough made from scratch daily with all-natural ingredients.

We have a full-time or part-time seasonal opening.

**Location**:
Coquitlam Lafarge Lake, just 1 min walk from Lafarge Lake Skytrain station.

May 1st - September 31st

OPENING HOURS:
12pm - 9/10pm

**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR**:
**SUPERVISOR** **JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Opening and closing the following checklist
- Responsibility for cash handling
- Responsibility for food handling
- Communication and lead with your coworkers about orders and procedures
- General cleaning duties to keep all areas clean and tidy
- Responsible for assigning and supervising all opening and/or closing duties.
- Participate in ongoing training of associates to ensure that associates continue to improve their performance.
- Assist with scheduling associates
- Complete reports on production, fill out necessary requisitions and control the distribution of necessary supplies. Making orders and keeping the inventory updated.
- Provide direct service to guests as needed, including, preparing, serving products, accepting payments, and friendly communication with customers

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Fluent English
- At times must be able to work comfortably alone with mínimal supervision
- Able to stand for prolonged periods of time
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability
- Able to consistently serve all menu items to meet our quality and presentation standards
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to operate POS system
- Positive attitude
- Passion for ice cream
- Driving experience (Not required) + asset

**COMPENSATION**:
Start $20/hour + TIPS
