Praguery, The unique ice cream bakery on wheels. Ice cream and freshly baked Chimney Cakes (Trdelnik) are our specialties. We are proud of our house-made fillings, toppings, and dough made from scratch daily with all-natural ingredients.

We have a full-time or part-time seasonal opening.

**Location**:
Coquitlam Lafarge Lake, just 1 min walk from Lafarge Lake Skytrain station.

May-September Operation hours

12p - 9/10 pm

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR:
JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Opening and closing the following checklist
- Taking orders, accepting payments
- Preparing and serving ice cream cones, chimney cakes, or drinks following recipes
- Friendly communication with customers and trying to reach their dessert desires
- Responsibility for cash handling
- Responsibility for food handling
- Rolling and baking pastry by recipe
- Communication with your coworkers about orders and procedures
- General cleaning duties to keep all areas clean and tidy

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Fluent English
- At times must be able to work comfortably alone with mínimal supervision
- Able to stand for prolonged periods of time
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability
- Able to consistently serve all menu items to meet our quality and presentation standards
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to operate POS system
- Positive attitude
- Pasion for ice cream
- Driving experience (Not required) + asset

**COMPENSATION**:
Start $17/hour + TIPS
