Roofing Site Supervisor

AlphaNova Roofing is looking for a hands-on Roofing Site Supervisor to oversee residential and commercial roofing projects.

What You'll Do
Perform pre-job and post-job site inspections
Lead and manage roofing crews
Identify problems early and take initiative
Ensure high-quality installation and workmanship
Communicate with homeowners and builders
Complete daily job reports (photos, notes, updates)
What We're Looking For
Minimum 3 years roofing experience (slopped and flat roofs)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to climb roofs safely and confidently
Organized, reliable, proactive
Valid driver's licence
