**Summary**:The Shipping/Warehouse Supervisor manages the warehouse activities and supervises shipping and warehouse staff.

**Primary Responsibilities of the Shipping and Warehouse Supervisor**:

- Oversees and coordinates all activities in the warehouse
- Supervises and directs shipping/receiving/warehouse staff
- Ensures all warehouse staff work safely and follow established safety procedures
- Streamlines shipping and receiving processes
- Monitors compliance of warehouse activities with Associated Labels and Packaging food-safe and quality programs
- Ensures warehouse/shipping supply inventory is kept at optimal levels
- Oversees inventory of finished goods
- Establishes and maintains positive relationships with subordinates
- Monitors personal hygiene of warehouse staff
- Provides performance reviews and recommendations to the Plant Manager
- Supports logistics by booking shipments as needed
- Receives incoming deliveries
- Prepares loads for shipment
- Monitors the building and equipment and reports deficiencies/problems to the maintenance department
- Ensures a clean environment is maintained
- Follows all safety and food-safe procedures and complies with company policies
- Performs other related duties and tasks as required to meet the needs of our operations

**Skills, Abilities, and Qualifications of the Shipping & Warehouse Supervisor**:

- Team-player
- Time Management
- Computer Proficient
- Narrow Isle Forklift
- Propane/Electric Forklift
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

**Hours**:Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
