About the Role:
- Partner with the leadership team to plan for short term and long-term hiring needs.
- Monitor and leverage agency recruitment partners to fill unique positions within the organization.
- Create and implement new initiatives to enhance the overall employer brand reputation.
- Assisting the Manager, Talent, in project work, including university and campus programs, career fairs, international recruitment plans, and other recruitment initiatives.
What you Bring:
- Skills and Qualifications_
- Roughly two (2) years of in-house or agency talent acquisition experience.
- Previous experience managing a recruitment workflow using an Applicant Tracking System.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, especially listening skills.
- Ability to establish a professional network of talent in the markets where we operate.
- Degree, Certificate or Diploma in Human Resources will be considered an asset.
