Do you enjoy connecting the right people with the right opportunities? Are you curious, engaged, and ready to play a key role in the growth of a dynamic Canadian company? If so, we want to hear from you

As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you'll act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, supporting them through every stage of the recruitment process. You'll be involved in the full talent acquisition cycle — from identifying staffing needs to successfully onboarding new team members — across various departments within the organization.

The position is based out of our Vancouver office. You will have the opportunity to take part in our hybrid work model that includes flexible work hours, working from home and 2 days/week in the office.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Work closely with hiring manager across the country to understand recruitment needs (permanent roles, internships, student jobs).
  • Write and update job descriptions in an attractive and accurate manner.
  • Post job opportunities on appropriate platforms, including social media and educational institutions.
  • Manage incoming applications, conduct pre-screening interviews (phone or virtual), and assess candidate profiles.
  • Advise hiring managers on candidate selection and coordinate next steps, including interview scheduling.
  • Actively participate in interviews when required.
  • Implement effective sourcing strategies to identify top talent (internal pipelines, social media, specialized websites, etc.).
  • Contribute to the promotion of our employer brand to attract qualified and diverse candidates.
  • Collaborate with HR partners to analyze compensation, recommend competitive offers, and prepare employment letters.
  • Build strong relationships with universities and colleges to maximize visibility for our internship and student job opportunities.

Given that this is a candidate pool, please be advised that the process may vary and is open-ended. Our Talent Acquisition team will review each application and contact you at the appropriate time, if applicable.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Human Resources Management or any other relevant field.
  • 1 to 2 years of recruitment experience, ideally in a consultant engineering environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, active listening, and the ability to build trusted relationships.
  • Experience recruiting for technical or specialized roles is considered an asset.
  • Notions in French, spoken and written, in order to interact with candidates and hiring managers across the country is considered an asset.

At CIMA+, we value diversity of talent and perspective. You think you can add value, but don't meet all the job requirements? We invite you to apply, because everyone has something unique to offer. • Flexible work schedule in a hybrid work mode
  • Work/Life balance policy across Canada
  • 3-5 weeks of vacation, based on years of relevant experience
  • Tailored training to improve your existing skills
