*Job Overview* We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. The Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for processing invoices, managing expense reports, and assisting with accounts payable tasks. *Duties* - Analyze invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies - Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments - Reconcile accounts payable transactions - Assist with month-end closing procedures - Collaborate with the accounting team on various projects - Maintain accurate records of financial transactions *Requirements* - Prior experience in accounts payable or a related field - Proficiency in accounting software such as Sage, PeopleSoft, or similar platforms - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Knowledge of ADP and HRIS systems is a plus - Familiarity with account reconciliation processes - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams - Excellent communication skills Join our team as an Accounts Payable Clerk and contribute to the financial success of our organization.
