**Position Overview**
We are seeking an experienced and visionary **Operations Manager** to lead our business to the next level. This role goes beyond managing day-to-day operations—it requires a strategic thinker with strong marketing expertise, a competitive mindset, and the ability to drive growth through operational excellence and brand positioning.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Business Strategy & Growth**
- Develop and execute strategic plans to scale the business, increase market share, and improve profitability.
- Identify new opportunities in luxury resale, consignment partnerships, and digital sales channels.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
**Marketing & Brand Development**
- Lead the development of innovative marketing campaigns (digital, social, and in-store) to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding across all platforms.
- Optimize advertising spend and measure ROI on campaigns.
**Leadership & Team Development**
- Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing team aligned with company values and goals.
- Implement training programs to enhance product knowledge, customer service excellence, and sales techniques.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
**Operational Excellence**
- Oversee all operational aspects including inventory control, logistics, e-commerce fulfillment, and store presentation.
- Streamline workflows and implement systems to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high standards of authenticity and quality control.
**Financial & Performance Management**
- Set and monitor KPIs for sales, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Prepare and present business performance reports with actionable insights.
- Manage budgets, forecast sales, and control operational expenses.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years in operations or retail management, in luxury fashion or resale industry.
- Proven ability to develop and execute growth strategies.
- Strong marketing knowledge, including digital marketing and social media trends.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Tech-savvy with experience in e-commerce platforms, CRM tools, and analytics software.

Pay: $52,885.44-$122,569.94 per year
