**The Role**:
As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in achieving our company’s international expansion goals.

**Location**:
Recently the world has changed so we are changing with it. We’re embracing new ways of working and are constantly adapting our practices to ensure that wherever you are working from, you feel a part of the team and have everything you need to work comfortably. We are a remote-first company, Pushies can choose to work remotely or from our Downtown Vancouver office.

**Responsibilities**:

- 4+ years as a successful Account Executive - You are continually the top performer in your team.
- Experience developing and maintaining consultative B2B relationships within a SaaS environment.
- Previous SaaS startup experience selling into mid to large range SMB’s within North America.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all stages of the sales cycle.
- You are a demo master. Presenting solutions in a consultivate fashion is your passion.
- You consider yourself to be entrepreneurial and are self-motivated to grow your business.
- Natural ability to simplify highly complex scenarios into an easy to understand and conversational tone.
- You continually overachieve monthly, quarterly and yearly quotas
- You have a depth of experience using demo software, sales CRMs and communication software.

**Requirements**:

- Previous SaaS sales experience required
- Excellent listening and negotiating abilities.
- Flawless verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong initiative and time management skills.
- Results oriented and can display professionalism, strong work ethic, flexibility, and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple opportunities at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
- A team player that can take charge and get the job done.
- Experience using Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.
- Can identify ideal customer profiles and create account penetration strategy.
- Articulate comprehensive knowledge of our product, industry trends, and challenges and how our solutions can support them through our value props.
- Can support the lead generation team in building a qualified sales pipeline.
