Louis Vuitton is seeking a highly motivated, curious, and customer-focused Operations Manager.

Missions
- Oversee daily operational effectiveness and develop store operations strategy.
- Manage product flow, after-sales processes, and inventory control.
- Ensure maintenance, store upkeep, and asset protection.
- Administer and enforce policies, ensuring health and safety compliance.
- Manage schedules and collaborate with management to optimize operations.
- Enhance sales, customer service, and stock management.
- Provide advisement and support to the Store Manager with innovative solutions to complex business challenges.

Profil

As an Operations Manager, you will be an ambassador of the Brand. You will take ownership to lead and coach your team, proactively foster the achievement of operational objectives and ensure that the highest level of Client experience is delivered through strong operational support. You will be responsible to recruit and build highly motivated teams, develop them to the next level and secure succession plans. You will represent the Brand values and demonstrate the Louis Vuitton attitudes toward Clients and team members.
