Reporting to the District Finance Manager, the Administrator will be responsible for the daily billing, uploading, and reconciliation of charges to a major client. They will work closely with the rest of the team and offer support to our site teams as needed.

This position will be hybrid home/office with the office location in West Edmonton.

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate LEMS and bill time, equipment, and material in our system on a daily basis
- Upload time, equipment, and material in client system on a daily basis
- Reconcile uploads in client system to our system on a daily basis
- Review and provide comments for unbilled items on a monthly basis
- Interact with site and client personnel as needed
- Complete other administrative duties and reports as directed by the District Finance Manager.

What we are looking for
- High School diploma
- 2-4 years’ administrative construction experience
- Advanced computer skills in Excel, Word, SAP, and Fieldglass an asset
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks independently with strong time management skills to meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment
- Highly developed interpersonal skills and strong customer service orientation
- Sense of urgency and strong commitment to achieving goals
- Ability to forge, grow and maintain positive relationships with multiple groups
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work within tight deadlines and prioritization of work to achieve them
- Strong organization, analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
