**What You'll Get To Do**:

- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.
- Assist with managing and troubleshooting network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining IT security protocols and access controls.
- Collaborate with senior administrators to optimize system and network performance and reliability.
- Provide technical support to end-users by troubleshooting hardware and software problems in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals, system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
- Prepare reports on system performance and incident resolutions.
- Monitor system logs for security breaches and unauthorized access.
- Participate in security audits and vulnerability assessments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement technology solutions that support business objectives.
- Assist in evaluating and recommending IT hardware and software purchases.
- Train employees on new updates and technologies through IT training.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Proven minimum 2 years work experience as a Junior System Administrator or similar role.
- Strong understanding of computer systems, networking, and IT infrastructure.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365
- Hands on experience of the Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Familiarity with centralized antivirus and backup solutions
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new
- BA/BS degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Any relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), CCNA, AWS) are a plus.
