As we continue to grow, we look for the best and brightest talent to scale with our growth. Our team is looking for a Junior IT Project Specialist / Systems Administrator to contribute to the buildout of our client and internal infrastructures.

As a Junior IT Project Specialist / Systems Administrator, you, among other team members at Cloud Collective, will build the organization's technical and cultural foundation. Unlike other organizations ingrained in a particular way of doing things _(“we’ve always done it this way”),_ you are encouraged to make independent decisions and to think outside the box. We value people over processes.
- Some example projects would be:

- Deploying a new Active Directory domain controller
- Migrating a client to Office 365
- Building a new Azure environment
- Implementing a new firewall or switching stack
- Provide escalation support for our service/helpdesk teams to enable stability, predictability and scale in our continued growth.
- Work with vendors to design and develop project plans to meet client expectations.

**About You**
- At least two years in IT helpdesk or systems engineering/administration experience. Ideally, you should be able to demonstrate proficiency in technologies such as:

- Windows Server and Desktop operating systems
- Azure and AWS
- Active Directory
- Microsoft 365
- Backup technologies (Veeam)
- Remote Desktop Services
- Networking (firewalls, routers, switches, etc.)
- You are concise and articulate in speech and writing
- You adapt your communication style to work well with clients with varying degrees of tech savviness
- You make wise decisions despite ambiguity and always think of things in the long term.
- You use data to inform your intuition
- Sharp assessment skills with the ability to decipher “wants” versus “needs” and comfortable negotiating prioritization accordingly
- See a problem or opportunity, take ownership and act on it independently

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
