We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Junior Bookkeeper/Administrator to join our team and support the company’s financial and administrative operations.

**Position Overview**:
The Junior Bookkeeper/Administrator will support the finance and administration departments with accounting tasks and general office duties. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to assist with day-to-day accounting functions while also providing administrative support.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, invoice processing, and reconciliations.
- Help maintain financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Support the preparation of financial statements, reports, and other documentation.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, answering phones, and scheduling meetings.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Ensure that financial and accounting documents are accurately filed and easily accessible.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.
- Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or administration is an asset.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial record-keeping.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
