**What You'll Do**

**Customer Experience (70-80%)**
- Lead and manage a small (but growing) customer support team
- Maintain and optimize our tone, response quality, and satisfaction scores
- Improve processes, FAQs, and workflows as we grow

**Wholesale Coordination (20-30%)**
- Respond to inbound wholesale inquiries and support existing wholesale partners
- Track and manage wholesale convos, orders, and follow-ups
- Help us shape the future of our wholesale strategy

**You Might Be a Fit If**
- You’ve led CX teams or worked in a DTC customer support role before
- You're obsessed with turning customer issues into positive experiences
- You write with clarity, warmth, and brand-aligned tone
- You’re organized and self-directed (we’re somewhat remote and fast-paced)
- You're familiar with tools like Gorgias, Slack, Notion
- Bonus: You’ve dabbled in B2B or wholesale before—or want to
